I recently stayed at Arts Hotel Harbiye for a work trip, and there were some highlights and a few disappointments. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, largely due to the friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. On the downside, my room had housekeeping issues and the food options could be improved, especially to include more traditional Turkish dishes.
