the room was always clean (housekeeping did an amazing job). the hotel is in a perfect spot near all the shops and markets. burak and bora were always so helpful and friendly.

the air conditioning seemed a bit old. i wish it was more modern. the air quality in the room wasn't the best.

the hotel staff were very friendly. mr burak greeted us with a smile and assisted us greatly. the hotel's location is excellent. many restaurants and wholesale shops are nearby.

the room lighting had a problem upon switching on or off, as it didn't work. there were no tissue boxes in the room. the towels were used up.
