the room was always clean (housekeeping did an amazing job). the hotel is in a perfect spot near all the shops and markets. burak and bora were always so helpful and friendly.
the air conditioning seemed a bit old. i wish it was more modern. the air quality in the room wasn't the best.

the hotel boasts an really good position, perfect for accessing various shops. multiple restaurants surround the area, giving diverse dining alternatives. taxim square is within a convenient 10-minute walk.

the rooms provide comfort and style. rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with excellent amenities (i especially liked the complimentary water). the hotel's blend of modern design and practical features makes it a nice place.

the hotel staff were very friendly. mr burak greeted us with a smile and assisted us greatly. the hotel's location is excellent. many restaurants and wholesale shops are nearby.
the room lighting had a problem upon switching on or off, as it didn't work. there were no tissue boxes in the room. the towels were used up.
